Shipping policy

Shipping methods are selected based on each order, with priority given to safe, efficient delivery that complies with carrier standards for standard shipping. The Broken Goat Soap Co. will always endeavor to use the most efficient and cost-effective service available for normal order fulfillment.

Customers who require expedited shipping (including overnight delivery) or request a specific carrier that falls outside our standard practices will be responsible for any additional costs associated with those requests.
